Installation Booking Terms

1. Hair Preparation

Please arrive with your hair in neat cornrows (preferably 12-20 braids) to ensure a flat base.
Do not apply excessive oil, as this will affect the adhesive (glue).
Please ensure your hairs, wigs, or frontals are clean before your appointment. Failure to do so will incur extra charges.
For frontal ponytail styles, ensure your hair is loose, relaxed, and washed prior to your appointment.
We do not wash or braid hair.

Full payment / non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your slot.
!! please if your hair isn't customized already, we require sending your wig/s atleast 2 days before your installation date.
Kindly write your name and phone number before drop off.
No extra guests are allowed at your appointment.
Not showing up after 2 hours on your appointment date means automatic cancellation and full payment is forfeited without a refund.
!! cancellation on the day of appointment means no refund.
Rescheduling must be atleast 24-48hours beforehand.
Failure to notify us within 24-48 hours will result in payment being forfeited.
Your payments validates your bookings/appointment if not your bookings is void.
Kindly cornrow your hair (weave your hair all back) before coming for your appointment.

Our studio conrows are r100.
Kindly notify us if you are weaving your hair at our studio so we can adjust your booking time.
No extra guests are allowed at your appointment.

My installs last the average of 5 days to 2 weeks, sometimes more. Your install depends on your maintenance process.
If there is any complaint, it should be stated before you leave the premises or in 24 hours after appointment.
Keep your lace tied down and away from water or oil to prolong the longevity of the install.
