Our service is designed to make shopping for premium wigs simple and convenient . You can browse our collection online, choose your favourite items and pay using full payment or instalment options .
Once your order is confirmed we either ship it to you or reserve it until your laybye is completed (kindly see our laybye policy)
Do you offer lay-bye or installment plans?
Yes! You can secure your wig with a 50% deposit through our lay-bye plan. This deposit reserves your wig exclusively for you, removing it from our available inventory. The remaining balance can be paid according to the agreed schedule. Please note that lay-bye orders expire if payments are not completed within the set period.
Are your wigs Heat friendly and how should I care for them?
Our goal is for every customer,lady,women in South Africa and worldwide to experience premium units. All our wigs are made fromPREMIUM HUMAN HAIRto ensure it meets our standard for texture ,durability and style. To ensure durability kindly treat your wigs as you would your hair.
How long does processing take?
As soon as your payment is confirmed. We send them out for delivery in 24-48 hours time. Units that require customisation and other services require more time. Preorders takes 2-3 weeks (kindly see our preorder policy )
Can i preorder items?
Absolutely. Preorders allow you to secure new or previous arrivals before they’re available or Sold out .Full payment is required unless buying multiple wigs. Preorder items typically arrive within 2–3 weeks, although delays may happen due to supplier processing, Shipping ,Customs etc.
Preorder payments are non-refundable, if there’s a delay with payment/ balance after the item arrives, it’s automatically converted into a lay-bye and our lay-bye terms are applicable .

We accept bank transfers, mobile payments and major digital wallet . Laybye or instalments options are available for select items
How do I care for my wig?
Proper care extends the life of your wig. Gently wash with sulfate-free shampoo, condition as needed, avoid excessive heat,use a heat protectant and our specially curatedBONE STRAIGHT SERUM, and store it on a wig stand or satin bag when not in use.
